Bristol Airport’s Meet and Greet parking service offers a convenient and stress-free way to park your car when traveling. It’s perfect for those looking for a seamless drop-off and pick-up experience right at the terminal. Here's a step-by-step guide to how it works:

1. Pre-Book Your Meet and Greet Service

• To use Bristol Airport's Meet and Greet parking, it’s recommended to pre-book your parking spot online. Booking in advance can save you money and guarantee a space, especially during peak travel times.
• You can book through the official Bristol Airport website or third-party parking providers that offer Meet and Greet services.

2. Arrival at the Meet and Greet Car Park

• On the day of your flight, drive directly to the Meet and Greet car park, located close to the terminal, making it easy to access the departures area.
• Upon arrival, follow the signs for Meet and Greet parking. The Meet and Greet area is just a short walk from the terminal entrance, so it’s ideal for those with lots of luggage or traveling with children.

3. Hand Over Your Car

• Once you park your vehicle in the designated Meet and Greet area, you'll be greeted by a professional parking staff member.
• They will take a few details, such as your booking reference and flight information, and conduct a quick inspection of your car for any pre-existing damage.
• Hand over your car keys to the staff, who will park your car in a secure off-site car park while you're away.

4. Walk to the Terminal

• After dropping off your car, simply walk a few minutes to the terminal entrance. Since Meet and Greet is located close to the terminal, there’s no need to take a shuttle bus, making the process quick and easy.

5. Returning to Bristol Airport

• When you return from your trip, after collecting your luggage, head to the Meet and Greet reception located near the terminal.
• The staff will have your car ready and waiting for you in the designated area, so there’s no delay or hassle.

6. Drive Home

• After collecting your car, you can simply drive away without any further steps. The entire process is designed to save you time and effort, offering a convenient solution for airport parking.
