What is Meet and Greet Parking?

Meet and Greet parking is a premium service that allows travelers to drop off their vehicles at a designated area near the airport terminal entrance, commonly known as the "Meet and Greet" or "Valet" area. A professional valet driver employed by the parking provider takes charge of the vehicle and parks it in a secure parking facility. Upon the traveler's return, the car is brought back to the terminal area for pickup.

Booking and Reservation:

To use the Meet and Greet service, travelers need to make a reservation in advance through the parking provider's website, mobile app, or by phone. The reservation typically requires providing information such as departure and return dates, flight details, and contact information. It is advisable to book as early as possible to secure a parking space, especially during peak travel seasons.

Drop-off and Pick-up Process:

On the day of departure, travelers drive directly to the airport terminal where the Meet and Greet area is located. The parking provider's representative, often wearing a uniform, will be waiting to meet them. The traveler hands over the vehicle keys to the valet driver, who performs a brief inspection of the car for any existing damages and records the mileage.

Upon the traveler's return, they contact the parking provider after collecting their luggage, notifying them of their arrival. The valet driver then brings the vehicle back to the terminal area, where the traveler can pick it up. The whole process aims to minimize waiting times and provide a seamless transition between traveling and vehicle retrieval.
